Where I’m Based
Makeup lessons take place in Harrogate, North Yorkshire — just 30–45 minutes from Leeds, York, Ilkley, Skipton, Wetherby, and Knaresborough.
My private lessons are held in a calm, welcoming home environment just a few minutes from Harrogate town centre. Free on-street parking is available, and full directions will be sent upon booking.
I regularly work with clients who travel from all over Yorkshire for a truly personalised experience.
About Me — Mel England
I’m a professional makeup artist with 15 years of experience working with women of all ages, especially those over 40.
I trained with industry leaders including Jemma Kidd, The London Makeup Studio and Colour Me Beautiful, and I teach with a calm, supportive, and non-intimidating approach.
As a woman in my early 50s, I understand firsthand the changes that come with time — and how empowering the right makeup can be.
