Absolutely amazing experience! Mel managed to fit me in at very short notice for two lots of makeup and even travelled to me, which I really appreciated. She was so friendly, lovely and professional, and my makeup was absolutely perfect. I felt amazing and couldn’t have been happier with the result. My daughter treated us both to a shared make-up lesson and I learnt a lot from it! Mel was keen to put us at our ease and covered everything that we wanted to know. The tips and recommendations were personalised to our individual skin types and needs. We had a mother daughter makeup lesson with Mel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. She made us feel really relaxed and we both enjoyed it and left feeling much more confident with our makeup. She did a brilliant job of tailoring it to us (including making the session shorter than standard to allow for a health condition). Mel made my wedding morning so wonderful. From the trial to the day itself she was perfect. So calm and considerate of my concerns such as a blemish that needed concealing to being an older bride with some wrinkles to soften. I will be using her again for any special occasions I have. She also did amazing with my mum, flower girl and sister. My false eyelashes and make up lasted all day even through eating and dancing and I got lots of compliments. I had a wonderful makeup lesson with Mel - it was really enjoyable and I learnt so much. I felt that she completely understood my lifestyle and what I wanted in terms of a makeup routine. With all the tips and advice, I still felt like 'me' (but definitely an improved version!). Such a wonderful experince with Mel. As someone who doesn't wear alot of make up I was worried for my wedding. The trail was very reassuring and I felt relaxed and comfortable and then left feeling beautiful! on the morning of my wedding she also did my mums make up, who is an older woman and was also worried with how it would look, we were so so happy with everything and would definitely book again should the need ever arise!
